Reservation

Reservation or bookings can be made by e-mail or phone call Sigro Transportindo. It is suggested that reservations are completed with detailed data of the clients i.e. names, addresses, arrival/departure, flight number, number of persons and notifications to help us to handle your enquiry efficiently.

Packages

Price for our packages inclusive of : Transfer In / Out, Hotel accommodation, Private Air Conditioned Car, Meals as stated at itinerary, Entrance fee, Guide service.

Prices

Prices are quoted in ID Rupiah. If payment done by US$, the exchange rates is based on the day of transaction.

Additional Charge

For high session period Iedul Fitri holidays, Christmas until New Year, Long weekend according to schedule, The additional charge of 25 % will be posted.

Confirmation

All reply and confirmation will be made at the shortest possible time by e-mail or facsimile and every party concerned has to be responsible for their own expenses.

Vouchers

Approved overseas agents are allowed to issue their vouchers which clearly explaining detailed services required to provided to their clients after reservations have been confirmed.

Payments

An advance payment is requested for each tour reservation within 14 days prior to the date of arrival by Bank transfer to our Bank A/C NO. 137-00-0202868-2 on beneficiary of BERNADUS SETYANTORO - MANDIRI BANK KCP YOGYAKARTA GEJAYAN INDONESIA ( Swift code : BEIIIDJA )

Cancellations

Cancellation within 1 (one) week until 3 (three) working days will be charges 50% from the total reservation charges and cancellation after 3 (three) working days is considered no show and will be charge 100%.
